Meet Sam Karanja: Our Well-Able Customer Acquisition Manager
Sam Karanja joined MarketForce in July 2021 as the Customer Acquisition Manager. He describes his role as having been one of the most challenging yet exciting 3 months of his work life. He has been doing a great job mainly leading the Digital Financial Services department to acquire and retain customers.
Professionally
Sam is a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology. Over the past 6 years, he has served in various roles and capacities mainly revolving around Sales, people management and Business development.
Outside Work
Besides working for MarketForce, Sam loves spending his weekends watching History Documentaries and spending time with family. He has taken up a new hobby and has been attempting to bake cakes which he says it is still a work in progress.
