Meet Philes Atandi: Our Knowledgeable Head of Customer Experience
Philes Atandi joined MarketForce in August 2021 as Customer Experience Manager. Later on in November 2021, having demonstrated a strong passion for our customers, as well as great leadership she stepped into the role of Head of Customer Experience running the Customer Service department. She is responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction across all engagement points is paramount. She has been very instrumental in leading the Customer Experience across the organization through review of the full journey including all touch-points to maximize the Customer Experience.
Philes is very passionate about customer experience with over 10 years experience across customer facing business lines. She has the ability to design, implement, and enforce protocols, all to ensure that products and services are presented with passion and enthusiasm to the customers. In addition, she delivers a whole end-to-end customer experience that has immediate positive impact on any operations. She has had the opportunity to work for 6 years in a FinTech company. Truly indeed she has a deeper understanding of the customer’s needs and their pain points. Her strengths include the ability to build relationships, problem-solving, effective communication and collaboration among other skills.
Besides working for MarketForce, Philes enjoys going for hikes and out of town getaways with friends. She is also passionate about interior design and whenever she can, she helps her friends with their ongoing projects. When not working from time to time, Philes is a couch potato and you will catch her glued to a good action and thriller series. Philes is a mother of two and they hold a very special place in her life. In addition, Sundays are her favorites as she loves spending fun times with them making pancakes and listening to their endless stories.
