Meet Lilian Oyoo: Our Lively and Cheerful Fulfillment Manager
Lilian Oyoo joined MarketForce 360 in July 2020 as Fulfillment Manager under our retail business unit, Rejareja. Her main function involves sales generation, team recruitment and training, monitoring team performance, liaising with distribution partners, making sure deliveries are done on time, managing the fulfillment team, assisting with budget creation and following up with the Sales Admin on cash reconciliations.
Professionally
Lilian Oyoo has 15 years of experience in Experiential Marketing working for several agencies. Before joining MarketForce 360, she worked as an Account Manager at Game Changer Marketing where she was handling accounts for Multinational companies like Cocacola and LOREAL East Africa. She also worked as an Operations Manager at OOMPH Marketing. Some of the Brands she handled while working under this role were Bacardi and KWAL. All these roles have helped nurture her managerial as well as her strategic skills which have been of value to MarketForce 360.
Outside Work
Lilian is a mum, a sister and a wife. She holds a special place for her family in her life. This tells you she is a family-centered woman. Although she is a career woman, she has never lost sight of the importance of her family. During her free time, she loves spending time in her kitchen cooking up good food. Being a family woman, she believes nothing brings a family closer to each other of its members than some delicious food on the dining table especially when they are made by a passionate cook. Her other interests revolve around watching movies and series. She loves watching crime-detective movies and series.
