Meet Esther Wanjiku: Our Devoted Customer Experience Support Lead
Esther Wanjiku joined MarketForce in July 2021 as a customer experience executive and under this role she was responsible for supporting the customers that were using the newly launched RejaReja Retailer App. Having demonstrated growth in her role, she was then promoted to Customer Executive Support Team Lead in November 2021 and in this role, she focuses on both customer support and internal support to our TDRs in the marketplace.
Dating back to her school days, Esther immersed herself in a course in Human Resource Management and once she completed that, she went a step further and did another course in peer counselling. In a quest to find a job opportunity that fit her qualifications, she found herself starting her career off working in an electronic and media company known as Startimes where she worked at a call centre. This experience pivoted her career and she later joined the team at MarketForce. She now boasts having over five years of experience in the call centre industry.
During her downtime, Esther enjoys watching movies and reading novels. She is also an avid swimmer, cyclist and traveler.
