Being aware that many micro-finance and insurance companies who started with selling B2C, they now also have a SME or a corporate business line, MarketForce has upgraded its Know-Your-Customer on-boarding form to add a Business Name field, so that your sales agents in the B2B branches can easily insert both the name of the company and the name of their contact when engaging with one of their potential clients.
We also know that decision-making for a business is more complicated than for an individual and that most of the time more than one person needs to be involved. That is why we enable your agents to easily add more than one contact for the same company, so that they can easily engage with all the relevant stakeholders, collect their contact details and keep track of every interaction.
MarketForce is born to be flexible and adaptable. We are aware of the fact that most of our clients sell to individuals and to businesses at the same time. Sometimes, it even happens that the same agent can sell both B2C and B2B. This is why we have kept the system very flexible. If the agent is interacting with an individual, he/she can just fill out the contact name field and ignore the business name field. If he/she is interacting with a business, both the contact name and the business name fields must be filled out.
